Ask yourself: why might someone travel nearly 30 miles to a bike shop? I’m going to say it’s because they a) stock great products, and b) provide excellent customer service. It also certainly does not hurt that there’s a place to stop and rest during a ride.

A cyclist’s bike shop that provides fantastic product support and recognizes my need to get back on the road - quickly (with a service appointment). Other shops want me to drop off the bike and they will work on it at their convenience - not Folsom Bike.

I called Folsom bike and spoke with Andrew Nel. Andrew was able to make the transaction to buy my Blue Trek FX 3 so easy over the phone. He also helped me get fitted for the bike and helped with accessories . Andrew also helped me safely load my bike into a trailer attached to my car. It was a 6 hour trip to purchase this bike, which was well worth the drive . I highly recommend this bike shop , but have to say Andrew Nel went beyond customer service to assist me.
