Most days I get over a hundred emails. Some of them are immediately actionable, and I power through them. Some are garbage and I power through them too. And some of my emails require me to wait on someone else doing something... or just require a bit of time before I can reply. These emails used to terrorize my productivity and I'd return to them again and again and then finally laboriously copy and paste them into my calendar--only to make finding the thread later nearly impossible. Enter FollowUp.cc... I've been a user for over two years. Now emails that I need to attend to in the future disappear from my inbox (#inboxzero ftw) and show up exactly when they are actionable, with their thread and my productivity is restored! I highly recommend FollowUp.cc for anyone sharing my pains.

I used to use my inbox as a sort of "to-do" list but I kept missing deadlines and forgetting to follow up people because I just had too many "active conversations" sitting in my inbox.
