We had followup.cc for a year. At first, you'll see a decent product. But you'll realize the service are totally overpriced compared to other similar and more powerful tools. In 3 different emails I tried to cancel our account - they reply back and ignore the cancellation. Still after 3 emails and now waiting on day 4 for a reply back - our account is still active and no refund.
