Thanks so much for the kind words and the recommendation! Just a quick note that a full-screen popup does open at checkout to select your region, so the option is there, though we understand it can be easy to click through quickly. We will keep thinking about ways to make the location clearer throughout the order process.

According to our records and the information you provided, we looked into your tickets and confirmed that our team responded quickly, sometimes within minutes and always within the same day. We provided guidance on the issues you raised and explained the options available under our policies. At several points, we did not receive a response from your side, so the tickets were closed due to inactivity. This is standard procedure to ensure that active requests are addressed promptly and that we can provide timely support to all customers. We understand it can be frustrating to lose access to a server or service, and we always try to provide support that is clear and helpful. Your feedback is important, and if you would like to continue discussing your situation, our team is available to assist and explain all available options.

We were not able to find any record of your account in our systems, and hence we are unable to verify the details of your experience. That said, if you did lose access to your Minecraft account, we understand how frustrating and stressful that must have been. Losing access to a service you have paid for, even in situations like account security issues, can be very upsetting and disappointing when things don’t go as expected. Refunds or pauses for issues caused by third-party accounts are not possible. We know this is not the outcome you were hoping for, but these policies are applied consistently to ensure fairness and transparency for all of our customers. While we cannot provide a refund in this situation, we remain committed to delivering reliable service and support for any hosting-related questions or concerns moving forward.
