Do not fall for this is a Scam. For one purchase, they sign you for a monthly subscription that is hard to cancel. I was changed 3 times for a product I didn’t know I was purchasing. I never received the second and third orders I involuntarily made. When claiming they refused to return my money. They have explicit violation of consumers laws. Please don’t fall for it.

I ordered the product 1 time & they keep charging monthly when I only ordered once. The phone # is fake.

*DO NOT BUY*They deserve a 0. All of these reviews are echoing my experience. I am so upset that they signed me up for a subscription that I did not sign up for. They also took forever to send the product from the first and only order I ever placed. I checked my account after leaving work today and those bastards charged my card and placed another order for their fake hair gel that comes in a blue box with Chinese writing. I tried to call the number on the website which is a “DC” number and of course it did not work. I will be contacting the BBB on their asses for sure.

I ordered the product one time to try it. The company keep charging my card even after I canceled. They said I signed up for a recurring subscription even after providing emails subscription canceled and I wouldn’t be charged again after exchanging emails of no more charges. They keep your card on file without your knowledge. This is not good business practice and I have been very disappointed with the products and process as my hair I take very serious. Their phone number will not go through so you can speak with a live person. Will be taking this to the next step as I has added stress to an already stressful situation. If I could do negative star I would.

I’m reading all of the reviews and my experience is EXACTLY the same including communications with “Tanya” who advised me that I would get a store credit when I said the product I ordered in August never arrived. I was charged for an “subscription” that I never authorized in September and when I emailed to cancel, I was told it had shipped already and I’d have to wait until I received it to “discuss what could be done”. I find it VERY interesting is that the “company” is responding saying “based on your description, it seems like you’ve ordered from a fraudulent company. Please email us”. Well that’s the EXACT email address I sent an email to and got a response from “Tanya” and therefore, they are admitting what we already know! They are FRAUDS!!

I received a different product than what I ordered , I never agreed to a subscription with them , which they claimed I did , so the next following month they took another payment from my credit card , without my permission , so do not order anything from them, they're fake! 👎

This company is Fake. They claimed to be a black owned company, american based, with a no questioned asked money back gurantee. I ordered my products, it took for ever. When I inquired about my products, so called Tanya Williams gave me a tracking number and I realized it was coming from China. I was skeptical, but still excited. When my product finally arrive it came in a white plastic sealed bag. The items that I have received were not Foladrop. The packaging had another name on it and all if the other stuff had different names....like stuff I have seen on Temu. I made the aware of their false advertising and requested a refund. The so called Tanya Williams tried to tell me that the labels are just changed and she tried to talk me into keeping it. I kept requesting a refund to my original form of payment. She then started saying that their policy only refunds in store credit. I told them that I didn't want anything else from them and I don't trust them. We had been going back and forth, but I think they have a bot because the replies kept being the same. When I thought I had crossed a milestone, it ended up back to square one. They said oh your package has not been shipped off and that we would send it. I told so called Tanya Williams not to play stupid. She knew I had already received those fake products they sent out first. My order was a little over $119. I had to go to my bank and dispute it. My back made me do a lot of stuff, but eventually they gave me a provisional credit for the amount. The next day, why Foladrop, now using a Shopify account charged my card again for another package, unauthorized of course. I immediately called my bank and made them issue me another card. Someone needs to turn them in to Interpol or some other authority. Everything about them is fake. I did not go into everything that has happened, but this is the jest of it.

I ordered this product in August-was told it walls take 5-10 business days for delivery. It is now the end of September and I have yet to receive my product. I asked for an update on the package and asked for the tracking info. I was provided with tracking info and the package is showing being returned. I have reached out and have tried to get a refund and keep getting the run around. 10/8/25 received another message indicated I can receive "store credit" after 30 days of receiving the product. At this point it has been 2 months and still no product. Why would I want to have store credit for a scam-This is all fraudulent. Stay away from this company. They get your money and in return you receive the runaround and BS. Continue to report.
