There are slight folds in the screen which affect viewing of the projected picture. Do you have any recommendation in how to remove these folds?

We are located in Fort Wayne, Indiana, near where Dalite has one of its manufacturing complexes. On several occasions, Focused Technology has sold us Dalite screens, handling all the transactions and communication with Dalite to allow us to simply pick up the screen and avoid large shipping charges.
