The product I received was good and timely but getting a receipt from the vendor took some time and I had to contact them a couple of times to get my receipt for my accounting office who were pressuring me for the receipt.

I ordered a Da-Lite tensioned motorized screen from Focused Technology back in early 2011. Over time, the screen began to show lines in the vinyl backing, and even though the warranty had expired, FT shipped me a replacement for the cost of the screen itself. It was easy to install, and now I am enjoying the full benefit of 120" of HD video. FT has a customer for life!

I had done some homework on which screen we might need based on our situation - some ambient light. Focused Technology confirmed my research and refined it. Great help. Price was what I expected (surprise) and ordering and shipping were super.

One phone call to a clearly experienced salesperson, and my projector lamp was at my home in 2 days. Myprojectorlamps.com not only failed to send it, but did not call me or contact me in any way when they did not have it in stock.

I have had a great experience with Chris and his company. The product is great and the assistance I received in ordering the right product for our church was wonderful. I would recommend them highly as I have done above.
