I ordered a projection screen and Pilot was the carrier. I am located on the west coast and Pilot did a fantastic job protection my screen. It was easy to track, it arrived at the appointed time and I was able to pick-it up the day before it was scheduled to be delivered. I found it very helpful that Pilot went to the trouble to contact the supplier, get permission that would allow me to pick-up the screen a day earlier. It relieved the stress of the item being stolen or return. I had a funeral to attend the day of delivery. I am appreciative and grateful for the thoughtfulness, concern and ability to work through this critical issue with me. I am thankful and feel very good about my experience.

Still not totally clear what happened. However, I do now have the projector screen. Focused Tech gave me $100 refund on the order. I do think UPS played a major role in screwing this up. They called once and did not identify themselves as UPS! They called and said it was the aero department and a guy in the warehouse needed to talk to us. That was the message they left. We finally got in touch and they dropped it off the next day. All very strange. Looking forward to hanging the screen. ------ this was my original 1 star review Still have not received the item! I ordered over three weeks ago. Focused Tech staff say it's a UPS problem. Talked to my UPS driver (they come daily) and he says he hasn't seen it. For some reason the shipment appears to have gone to Boston and is still in Boston (we are NOT in Boston).
