I am used to having shipping information available to know when i can expect to receive the item i have ordered. In this case, no tracking information was available on their website. I called them once to get a time frame for delivery and was told that i would receive an email with that information. I called again a week later after not having received an email and stayed on the line to get a tracking number for my order.It was very frustrating to not have that information available on their website and have to make multiple calls to get it. Other than that the order was filled properly and received in perfect condition.

I had plenty to choose from and there was excellent service through shipping.

Cables were easy to order and shiiped when expected.

Great service and responsive customer service when questions came up for clarification on order.

Customer service experience was excellent however, the product used was not exactly what we expected.
