The NP was nice and seemed knowledgeable and helpful. The doctor was also nice but didn't really look me in the eye during the call which made me uncomfortable. Overall a good experience though.

Overall simple and easy process, only issue was scheduling. Although that was mainly due to my complicated out of state work schedule. I appreciate them working with me.

Overall, it was a great experience. I am excited to use the neurodivergent counseling services you are partnering with. I would like to automatically receive my diagnosis information so I can add that to my medical file. I think some handouts that have info about how ADHD people are typically magnesium deficient, taking selenium, l theanine, or that taking omega threes at night will greatly impact our sleep quality. A few more things and the level of care is top tier. I think even suggesting certain TikTokers, Instagram, or Facebook groups really helped me.

They are real helpful and professional. Very consistent with following up with me. Appointments are cheap for people who don't have insurance. I don't like that they do not have a office. I like meeting face to face. Everything is online because I'm not that tech savvy so it was kinda difficult. Otherwise it was a great experience.

ADHD.md is great! They are very patient, understanding, and from the beginning through several treatment adjustments over many months, have listened to all of my concerns and questions. At times they are very busy, and sometimes that makes it where they don't respond back immediately, but they will get back to you, always have with my experience so far, just be patient yourself. They have definitely treated me with lots of kindness and grace, and I would recommend them to anyone struggling who is seeking a little help!
