These hats are so much fun!! They rushed the order so we could have them for our Thanksgiving Zoom meeting and they were a big hit! All six of us had a different hat when we signed on. A good laugh during trying times. Thanks for the fun!

It took about a week for conformation! Then you could not ship on time. When ordering on the internet, I expect immediate conformation and shipment within days not weeks. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!

Such a great experience! Company emailed me asking when I needed my order. I paid for extra shipping but so nice of them to check. These people are awesome!

When my order was going to be delayed, I emailed them that I had hoped to have my order by a certain date for a celebration. They read my email, responded, and made it happen (with true concern and enthusiasm). They're a great group and deserve much success!
