The birthday hat was cute and arrived on time. However, one of the ribbons on it wouldn't stay wrapped around the candle. That part was disappointing since it was brand new.

Probably wont fit my husbands large head. Definetly not worth the money

They asked when I'd like the hat by and said anytime after 2/1 (I ordered on 1/20) so I chose 2/5. It's now 2/15 and no sign of the hat, no replies to emails, no refund, no tracking. I think I just lost out on $40 which is disappointing. Buyer beware! UPDATE: They did respond now and offered me a full refund and even 25% off my next order. I appreciated their response and action.

Hi Joseph, We only have 2 available colors for our virus hat - red and green, we do not have orange. The hat is identical to the picture we have on our site.
