Slow to ship, essentially creating new products one by one by hand. Slow responses, incredibly slow shipping method used via USPS, absolutely terrible I will NEVER but another item from this company.

I purchased the birthday hat for my niece who just turned 7. She absolutely LOVED it and wore it all day!! The smile on her face was priceless :)

The hats were better than the pictures. Great colors, the assembly was perfect, very stable !!! And a lot of fun. I use it to relax my people, especially how nerve racking it has been since March !! I highly recommend them to Everyone!! My ONLY REGRET is that I had to postpone two family-party celebrations that these would have made the event fantastic!!! But this will only make the wait even Better!! Thanks to everyone and I am looking forward to the Special Design I have Ordered!! Thanks again. Frank Blumenthal

I was impressed that I was contacted regarding my order to let me know that they were swamped with orders, but if I had a certain date I needed my order by, they would meet it. I was pleasantly surprised when my order came before my deadline date.
