Horrible. Be wary of returning because they won’t even refund you in full.

NO REFUND FOR RETURNED ITEM I ordered a foam sofa cushion for my grandson who lives in Norcross, GA with instructions to send it to him. It was sent to my home in Birmingham, AL. I called and Kamy insisted they HAD to send to the address of the person who paid for it. The cost was $94. I was charged an additional amount of $50 and when I questioned the added charge, Kamy told me I had requested second day delivery which was not true. I received it at my home two weeks later. Kamy told me they would refund my money when I verified that I had shipped the cushion back to them. I emailed the information to Foamma. After, several weeks, I asked where my refund was. Kamy told me that they had trashed all foam items because of the Covid-19 virus because they had no way of knowing if they had been used or not. I had returned it in its original packing material without even opening it.

Scam company portraying themselves 32 yrs in business, created in 2016, been scamming people...stealing their money and not shipping product within months time. Poor customer service. No response back from email. Chat service was available. Calling was just ridiculous and unprofessional. If you don’t hound them they won’t do anything. If you do, they give you a tracking number that takes a few days only for them to pretend to ship and not drop off to carrier leaving you weeks to months of waiting. They take your money via PP immediately in hopes you don’t file a claim. Once you do, they ship it by PP deadline even though you initially requested a Refund. They ignore the request in hopes you accept the package. Product is cheap, yellow low quality foam to point you can feel the foam though your fingertips for their so-called High Density foam. Highly recommend to REFUSE product/ship back to shipper at no cost so you can quickly receive Refund immediately via PP. I also recommend to change your PP credentials. I believe they tried to charge me once at checkout even though I didn’t submit order.
