Look at the sheer volume of bad reviews even on the better business bureau! I had a horrible experience. I am a senior who tried to cancel once I realized the quality was so poor from an amazon purchase. I literally canceled 15 minutes after ordering! The owner refused to even refund the 20 percent he owed me. He actually yelled at me on the phone telling me I was crazy not to keep the product. I told him not to even mail it and just to refund me the 20 percent. He passive aggressively mailed it anyway! I got stuck with a giant package I had to carry up 3 flights of stairs.

BE CAREFUL. I called foamma for a special size RV mattress. Spoke to Kami. Too expensive so I told Kami i would just order a bigger size from Foamma Amazon and cut it down myself. He then said if I ordered, he would give me a 30% discount refund on credit card the next day if I called to remind him to do so. I did and it Never happened. 14 days later he said he would mail a check. Never happened and order was late and beyond their published delivery guidelines so I cancelled and opened a chargeback complaint with the credit card company. Got my money back and ended up getting a larger mattress from a surplus auction site and cutting it down myself. Saved $300 If he had just done what he said he would do, I wouldn't have minded the late delivery. DO WHAT YOU PROMISE.

The choice I made said 2 2”x18”x120”. I only received 1 2” x 18 “ x 120”. The person (Kamy) was very rude and stated they do not sell 2. This is the second time I ordered from this company and received the wrong size the first time. Order somewhere else is my advice.

I have ordered 2 pieces of foam for my couch cushions. It has been over 7 working days and I still don’t have my order. I have been told everything from my order was cut but missing, I don’t understand the business, they are only making $5 on my order of $56. I have had it with them. I paid through Paypal and have put in a complaint. I will never go back to these people.

I ordered a custom foam 2" thick on Jan 1st. Paid $126 and on Jan 17th contacted them to find out what was going on. No luck getting ahold of them, finally they told me my order was lost, submitted it again! Contacted them 10 times! Got text 2 months later saying order was done with a picture! Everything was wrong size and instead of 2", they took it as 2 pieces! Said I needed to send them another $404 then they harassed me via text! I filed with attorney general, federal trade commission, BBB and my credit card company!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

I ordered two RV mattresses about a year ago. They were fine and what I expected. Then I ordered two more for a guestroom. One was firm as I expected the other was soft and flimsy. I contacted the company. Send a replacement for the flimsy one after I proved it was worthless. The replacement was different in a third way. Then I had three Goldilocks mattresses one firm, one medium, and one stupid soft. The owner told me to donate the stupid soft one, which I did, but now wants all three back for a 50% restocking fee. I'm shocked at their lack of quality control and their refusal to refund my money. The own keeps telling me to roll the ree matresses into a box and return them. Without the equipment they have to compress the 6"foam it is impossible. I have reported them to Amazon several times but Amazon has taken no action to help me. I'll never trust this company again.

I placed an online order 10/27/23 for 2 custom cut RV mattresses with covers (28x70 and 40x70). I also paid for 2-5 day handling shipping for an additional fee ($20). I had spoken with a male from the company prior to placing my order and he was friendly at that time. The total was $362.13. I called to follow up on 11/1/23. I called both phone#s on the website and they went to voicemail but I received a call back from Kambiz Torkan's cell phone. He said that my order had not been worked on at all and was extremely rude when I tried to explain that I had paid for expedited processing. He said there was no expedited handling for custom orders and when I suggested that he remove that option from the website, he called me "angry." He continued to ask why I was so angry while I tried to obtain a processing/shipping timeline. He eventually said he would ship them no later than 11/8/23 and that they'd arrive to me on 11/10/23. I called again 11/9/23 and he again called me back from his cell phone. He said his machine was broken and that my order was not complete. He said he'd call me back tomorrow with an update. I called again 11/10 and he called me back around 2pm EST stating he did not have an update. I have since requested a refund, with no response, and called my bank to dispute the charge.

They were responsive when I asked about which foam to order. Then it completely fell apart. No order received, no answer to emails, chat texts, or phone calls. Had to dispute the charges with my credit card company since this vendor is non- responsive. Do NOT place an order with this company.
