I was gifted a soldering iron and it worked 2 times and is now dead. They have zero support. Typical Chinese junk, typical Chinese product support.

Avoid buying there. Warranty is non-existing. They are sending you instructions how to solve it yourself for 5 weeks and not replying to the real request to exchange or repair the power supply I purchased. If you pay cheap, you will pay twice. Typical Chinese cheap company without any quality. AVOID BUYING THERE

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent tools for DIY use – but logistics need improvement I am overall extraordinarily happy with the Fnirsi tools I have bought. I cannot say for how long they will last though. I own several of their products, including a battery tester, soldering iron and a few other tools, and so far everything has worked very well. For the prices they charge, I think the value is excellent. I cannot judge how they would stand up to everyday professional use, but for a hobby/DIY user like me, they are amazing. Where Fnirsi definitely needs to improve is shipping and logistics. With my last purchase, I was informed that my order had been shipped when in reality it had not. The shipment was then cancelled, and there was quite a lot of confusion before a Fnirsi representative finally explained that there had been a fault in their system which incorrectly registered the order as shipped. To their credit, once the problem was identified, they sent the order again and I eventually received exactly what I had ordered. I can understand why some customers leave one-star reviews after experiencing shipping problems like this. But I think Fnirsi rectifies issues rather quickly. I have also seen negative reviews of another Fnirsi product that I had been considering buying, and those reviews have made me reconsider that particular purchase. However, I can only review my own experience. Every Fnirsi tool I have actually bought has been very good, the prices are excellent, and I am very happy with the products themselves. For me: Products: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Value for money: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Shipping/logistics: Needs significant improvement.

I purchased an oscilloscope tablet. After one year, the battery does not longer charge hence unusable. I wrote the company, never received any feedback.

Unfortunately Fnirsi is happy to disregard any warranty issues and I have purchased 3 different items from them. Most recently a Multimeter with a failed internal relay which was a known problem, they suggested that I change it myself even though the meter was purchased less than 12 months ago. Very disappointing and will not purchase another Fnirsi product due to this.

Oggetti belli, ma carichi di difetti e di qualità costruttiva modesta. ho acquistato ben 3 articoli di questa azienda l'ultimo direttamente da loro. "Oscilloscopio palmare DS215H 2-IN-1; oggetto per altro arrivato dopo oltre 20 gg. e che subito ha dimostrato limiti e difetti. 1° anche se tenuto spento la batteria se si usa il generatore di segnale e una sonda, ha un'autonomia di non oltre 30/35min. 2° le sonde sono utilizzabili attraverso a due connettori adattatori, che ne allungano la corsa per cui il peso alla lunga danneggerà gli ingressi dello strumento, se prima "come nel mio caso", gli stessi adattatori non si rompono , rendendo inutilizzabile lo strumento. 3° L'assistenza via mail, risponde, "in inglese" ma NON capiscono un c... replicando allo sfinimento le stesse cose. Di fatto tutto fumo per poco arrosto, solo ben confezionato. I loro, sono prodotti "solo" per uso Hobbistico NON certo professionale.

Service versucht mit 1000 Rückfragen den Fall zu verzögern. Mehrere Male eine Rückgabe beantragt, keine vernüftige Antwort. Produkt hat nicht so funktioneirt wie gewünscht.

Non spediscono e non rispondono alle sollecitazioni. Meglio comprare dai siti conosciuti. Tanto sforzo per le presentazioni,ma la chat,le garanzie ,insomma TUTTI i contatti sono ignoranti,pessimo e sconsigliato.Avro difficoltà a recuperare i soldi ,due mesi fa pagati.
