I was gifted a soldering iron and it worked 2 times and is now dead. They have zero support. Typical Chinese junk, typical Chinese product support.

Avoid buying there. Warranty is non-existing. They are sending you instructions how to solve it yourself for 5 weeks and not replying to the real request to exchange or repair the power supply I purchased. If you pay cheap, you will pay twice. Typical Chinese cheap company without any quality. AVOID BUYING THERE

I purchased an oscilloscope tablet. After one year, the battery does not longer charge hence unusable. I wrote the company, never received any feedback.

Unfortunately Fnirsi is happy to disregard any warranty issues and I have purchased 3 different items from them. Most recently a Multimeter with a failed internal relay which was a known problem, they suggested that I change it myself even though the meter was purchased less than 12 months ago. Very disappointing and will not purchase another Fnirsi product due to this.

Non spediscono e non rispondono alle sollecitazioni. Meglio comprare dai siti conosciuti. Tanto sforzo per le presentazioni,ma la chat,le garanzie ,insomma TUTTI i contatti sono ignoranti,pessimo e sconsigliato.Avro difficoltà a recuperare i soldi ,due mesi fa pagati.

The product itself feels high-quality at first, but when opening the lid, the tip of the soldering iron shaft literally fell right out (manufacturing defect, poorly crimped). Although I reported this with photos just 5 minutes after delivery, customer service immediately accused me of having used it. That was not the case, and even if it were, a soldering tip shouldn't just fall off, right? Anyway, it took 10 emails with a 1-2 day response time each just for a €15 tip! This feels like a tactic and is unacceptable. This was my last time buying from Fnirsi if this is how they treat customers.

I used to love FNIRSI hardware (owning the DPSO350, multiple USB testers, radiation detectors, and the HS-03 iron). The hardware is decent, but their customer support is catastrophic. If your package gets lost, they will ghost you and keep your money. Ordered the SWM-20 on April 1st, 2026. It never arrived. On April 15th, FNIRSI even sent me an email confirming a "delivery exception" due to "unusual shipping conditions." Yet, they marked the order as "delivered" in PayPal using a fake carrier named "MANUAL". For over THREE MONTHS, I was trapped in a loop of automated AI text templates ("the store manager is handling it", "please be patient"). I gave them a final 96-hour ultimatum, escalated directly to their Executive Office management (Toby). Result? Just another useless bot reply saying "this issue will eventually be resolved." The grand finale: I finally escalated the case to PayPal. PayPal checked the invalid tracking data provided by FNIRSI and closed the case in my favor WITHIN SECONDS, issuing an immediate refund. Buyer beware: FNIRSI has zero respect for long-time customers and zero business ethics. If something goes wrong with logistics, you are completely on your own. Avoid buying directly!
