Our club purchased 3 FMS airplanes, a Super Cub, a Corsair, and a Futura to be used as raffle prizes for our swap meet. FMS gave us a 10 pct off gift ceertificate to help us out. Our raffle was a success, thanks to FMS!

The transmitter died almost immediately, this was replaced on warranty but took a around a month. Then they charged me $15 for (Aprx. $5 cost) Canada post shipping for new batteries. This was about the same amount for two batteries. I ordered two because the original battery only lasted a couple of months before it quit taking a charge.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We're sorry to hear about the issues you experienced with the transmitter and battery. We understand how frustrating this must have been, and we appreciate your patience during the warranty process. Regarding the shipping charges, we strive to keep costs as low as possible, but international shipping can sometimes be more expensive. We’ll certainly take your comments into account to help improve our service moving forward. If there’s anything else we can assist you with, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
