Plane is amazing!!
Plane is amazing!!! Got it and built it on the same day and realized the main landing gear tire was missing it's e clips to hold it on. Made a complaint and was super satisfied with customer support. FMS sent replacement clips and flown the airplane with excitement!!! Will buy from again.

Ordered the wrong plane
Ordered the wrong plane. Returned it and was charged $30 for an unopened return.

As outlined in our return policy, we can accept new, unassembled, and unused products for return within 30 days of delivery. However, please note that for returned items, a 15% restocking fee applies. If the charge of $30 is related to this restocking fee, it is part of our standard process for handling returns. Great customer service
Great customer service. Received my order FCX10 Discovery Camel Trophy on Sept 23, 2025. On Oct 5, I had a problem of intermittently stalling until it finally stalled. My guess was the ESC/receiver combo. Emailed FMS and Dan replied that the part in in the way. Though I have not received it yet, Dan's response shows that FMS has great customer service and stands by their products. BTW, this is my 3rd FMS RC. CHEERS, Ted

We were sent the wrong part
We were sent the wrong part. We ordered 2 different parts for my son's R/C truck. One was the correct part and the other wasn't.
