As a followup to my last review
As a followup to my last review. I have been contacted by Matt, whom I have had a working relationship since the '90s. He and I discussed my issues and I feel very confident that he is diligent in resolving my concerns. He has always been a person that is true to his word and treats me with respect and as a friend. The group that I deal with always do their best to provide answers to my questions and get whatever odd part I need. I have no complaints about the customer service reps as they always go the extra mile.
