Satisfied First Time User

Although I booked my flights with Ken Jones back in September, I only just recently completed my trip to the Philippines. Ken is very responsive, knowledgeable and although we had some minor issues in the beginning, he and his manager, Jennifer were very quick to address and resolve it. On my return flight, I panicked due to some error message I got when I checked my flight online before going to the airport & immediately emailed Ken. In a matter of minutes, I got a response back from him saying their booking team is looking into my reservation. Turned out it was probably just a technical glitch on my phone. I checked in at the airport with no problems at all and the next email from Ken said "it looks like you're already checked in." Which only meant they actually did check on my reservation. Trip was very satisfactory, overall. I was extremely pleased with ANA's first class service from JFK to Narita. Impeccable service!!! Asiana Airlines' business class was quite satisfactory although it would've been nicer not to have woken up in slept-in, wrinkled clothes! No PJs! Minor thing, but sometimes it's the smallest things that make a huge difference. I will use Fly World Class again and definitely will ask for Ken Jones! Thanks, Ken for a wonderful first experience with your company.

Hello Leilani, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a wonderful and detailed review of your experience working with Ken. We are honored to have been of service to you by booking airfare for your travel to the Philippines. We appreciate your insight on our dedication to personalized service and the airline experience (which we can't control, but can definitely use that feedback going forward in our recommendations). For the record we share in your frustration of long business class flights and not having a change of PJs provided by the airline - PJs and an amenity kit are definitely are much appreciated on those long flights. From all of us at Fly World Class, we sincerely look forward to assisting you with your future travel plans for wherever you travel to next! -The Fly World Class Team
