Told me I had first class seats. My card was charged $18,000+ and I discovered the seats were business. Even after issue they continued to say "don't worry don't worry" It is a good thing I worried because the seats were business NOT first The reality is that the fares were much higher than the airline I am waiting to proof of a refund from AMEX or I will file a fraud complaint

Hello Steven, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We genuinely regret the poor experience you initially incurred due to what you and your travel consultant had initially discussed not being accurately offered in the DocuSign contract. The consultant regrettably sent you a business class itinerary with corresponding pricing in lieu of the one in first class with corresponding pricing that you had anticipated on booking. Once an electronic document is signed, our booking team immediately secures the tickets for the itinerary in a signed contract, which in this circumstance was business class. Upon learning that the signed electronic document was not what you had expected, our team immediately voided the tickets and payment. We acknowledge that your experience was not up to our world class standard due to a lack of attention to detail. With that said, our management team has tried to reach out to you in efforts to regain your trust and continue to do business with you. We have not received a response from you as of yet. Kindly know that we would be honored to have the opportunity to regain your trust. We truly look forward to personally assisting you with any travel needs you have and welcome you to reach out to us directly by emailing us at: [email protected] -The Fly World Class Team
