Our flight was perfect. The pilots were so professional and personal, helping us get onboard, taking extra care with SamIAm (cat)! The cabin was spotless, amenities all around. Totally enjoyable flight.

cole was awesome, I booked it for 9am, after I paid was told 1030am, not coles fault but not cool
Response from FlyUSAOct 25, 2024
Thanks for the feedback and for the shout-out to Cole! We’re glad he was awesome, but sorry to hear about the timing shift—it’s definitely not the experience we aim to deliver. We’ll work to improve communication on any schedule changes to keep things smooth. Appreciate your understanding, and we look forward to making your next booking flawless!

I felt that the pilots went out of their way to make sure that we were comfortable. Upon our arrival at the airport, we were greeted at the door by one of the pilots. When we arrived at our destination, we were escorted into the terminal and asked if there was anything else they could do for us. I felt that they both went up and beyond in customer service.
Response from FlyUSAOct 25, 2024
Thank you for the wonderful feedback! We’re thrilled to hear our pilots went the extra mile to make your experience comfortable and seamless. From greeting you at the airport door to escorting you into the terminal at your destination, our team is all about those personal touches. We’re so glad they made you feel taken care of every step of the way. Looking forward to welcoming you back on board soon! ✈️😊
