I had a great experience working with Kate Smith. She helped me book flights to two different places, arranged hotel rooms at both locations, and set up a car rental where I could pick up the car at one airport and drop it off at another. Her help made my travel plans so much easier. I really appreciate her assistance and highly recommend her. Thank you very much! Juan Rodriguez

At our stop in Frankfurt we discovered we could not be given boarding passes to our final destination, which we had paid for. According to the airline, the agent had not booked the flights properly. Contacted the company and they offered to find a solution. Time was running out and only 2 seats left on the flight so we bought them. The company has promised REPEATEDLY they would refund our money. This occurred in August 2024 and we have yet to see any money after repeated calls. This place is a SCAM.
