Kate Smith is wonderful. A life saver. It was a great pleasure to have someone to work with that stays with you and takes the time to answer all questions. She's a keeper 😇

Roger was great and take care my situation with ease and professionalism. The first customer service gentleman was rude and made effort to help and hungup the phone when I asked him why he couldn't help me. Thank God for Roger

I wasn't on hold waiting for someone to answer my call. This is unheard of anymore. Frank took the time needed to be sure my situation was taken care of. He called me back to confirm I received my boarding pass. Thank you to Frank for being compassionate of my situation. 5 STARS!
