Better than the observation deck
I think this is an alternative way to see New York instead of the observation decks. The service, preparation, and care are all positives. Unfortunately, the flight itself fell short of my expectations, as it took place over the Hudson River, along Manhattan, rather than directly over the buildings. Furthermore, the helicopter cabin itself lacks any handholds (both on the ceiling and on the side of the door). It's difficult to turn around in the seat in windy conditions, and without handholds, it's very dangerous. Pilot should also tell us where we are, because for people who are first time in NY we don’t know that places, especially from that high. Nevertheless, the flight is worth the experience.

Was great experience
Was great experience, had to reschedule doing the bad weather was no problems with that at all and worked out even better, staff and pilot was amaizing friendly and helpful, would recoment it for anyone 🤗 had 30min flight more then enough to enjoy it and the city view from abowe during the night was just bearth taking 🌃😍

Open Door does not promise open door seat
The issue is the open door helicopter is not fair for all passengers. The seat is got was covered by windows and I couldn't see the view with open door or even take the feet out. If yoj have such seats, its rational to mention or provide a reduced price for such seats. Also, if the ride is limited due to UN event, its your duty to reduce the price because the time and fuel is adjusted due to that. We hardly rode for 14 mins and couldn't barely enjoy the view.
