Dear Team, I purchased the package that included the 100% photo with my legs visible from the helicopter.(13.06.2026) However, during the flight, the pilot seated me behind the door, which made it impossible to take the photo that was advertised and included in the package. As a result, I was unable to receive the photo experience that I paid for. I would appreciate it if you could review this situation and offer an appropriate solution, whether that is a refund for the photo package or another way to compensate for the missed opportunity. Thank you for your time and understanding. I look forward to your response. Best regards, Akhmedov Ulugbek
