I was a great experience! FlyNYON team is very nice and attentive, our pilot had a great sense of humor, he also made an introduction of the areas, we were flying over.

I was there with my family, 13-July 2026 we late 30 minutes for fly, because our way closed garbage train blocked our road and I called to their we talked they said come we do something, when we wehe there they changed 300$ over for late it too much, I wanted cancel they said we can’t return your many, guys go to another fly company they are crazy

Our travel reminder emails include detailed directions and guidance for navigating the train crossing near our location, as this can occasionally cause delays. In addition, we provide a 15-minute grace period to accommodate unexpected travel issues whenever possible. Based on your arrival time, your group arrived approximately 30 minutes after your scheduled check-in. Because we were operating during a busy period, we had to enforce our late arrival policy to ensure flights remained on schedule for all guests throughout the day. We understand this was frustrating, especially after calling us while you were on the way, and we appreciate your feedback. We continuously review guest experiences to see where we can improve our communication and operations. If there is anything further we can assist you with, please don't hesitate to let us know.

Flight was great an all but we were scheduled for 8:50 and had to be there 1.15 ahead of time. Because of the weather we ended up flying at almost 11 pm and they stated no refunds were given even if the flight was canceled due to weather.

The front desk staff is not very kind and welcoming but the staff that actually helps you set up and explain everything and the pilot were amazing and friendly. The overall experience was very nice!

According to clause four in our terms and conditions,"FlyNYON reserves the right to cancel, alter, reschedule, or delay any flight due to: weather, air traffic control (“ATC”) delays, temporary flight restriction(s) (“TFR(s)”), or any situation outside of FlyNYON’s control at any time. Cancellations by FlyNYON will result in a flight voucher redeemable for 12 months and is not subject to a seat change fee".
