We have an ecommerce store with over 50.000 products and the products are updated during the day (price and stock) but not all the products, in a day maybe 500 in others 10000 products. The Preload is used to mentain all the pages cached. This plugin resets the Preload every time a product is updated, a product not all of them. Of course that not all the 50000 products are cached because the preload resets at every update, why we don't know. Experience with suport was not a very good one and the solutions where go to the website and search the docs. We use a lot of plugins (50+) paied and free and it is not our first interation with a developer but every time we needed help we get one, with a lot of plugin we colaborate to improve there product.
