The most user-friendly and feature-rich caching plugin on the WordPress market right now. Super easy to setup and configure, clean user experience and great results.

I have been using the plugin for a couple of years now. It is hands down the best Wordpress speed optimization plugin on the market. I have tried so many and they all require two or three more plugins. Some even offer a separate paid monthly service for things this plugin does for a yearly fee. It’s the best value and the best plugin for this.

The product is amazing and works as promised. But customer support SERIOUSLY needs to improve. There's no way to open a ticket. So you have to rely on the live chatbox to communicate with agents who are hardly online. It takes over 24 hours to get a reply from them. That's why I'm giving them two stars. EDIT: Thanks for your response. Well, it's easy to wait for a response via support tickets. We're used to waiting for days without complaint. But once you switch to live chat, it means almost instant responses. Maybe 3 hours at best. But over 24 hours is surely a pain. Also, return tickets to enable us to track issues easily from any device. All in all, my issue was resolved. So, I have changed the rating.

Dear deewinc, We appreciate your feedback regarding our customer support, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience you've faced. Your concerns are important to us, and we want to address them promptly. We've shifted our support system to live chat to provide more immediate assistance to our users. However, we understand that the availability of agents has caused delays in responses. We're sorry for the delay in getting back to you. A recent surge in customers and support inquiries temporarily affected our response times. We are actively working to catch up and provide quicker assistance. Thank you for choosing our product, and we look forward to serving you better in the future.

I'm using a premium host to serve my websites to my readers. While this is already great, and uses cloudflare enterprise, I couldn't help but feel it was still missing some snappiness. Flyingpress pushed out that last bit to make my site blazing fast. It doesn't even feel like a page has to load anymore. It's just there instantly. I had some initial issues with a custom plugin someone developed for me. But the Flyingpress support team helped me resolve them, even though that plugin was not developed by them nor their responsibility. All with all really glad. Got it running on 5 of my websites now 😄

Thank you, Dhr. Rick de Groot, for your fantastic review! We're delighted to hear that FlyingPress has made such a significant impact on the speed of your websites. It's great to know that even with a premium host and Cloudflare Enterprise, FlyingPress added that extra "snappiness" you were looking for. Your description of pages loading instantly is exactly what we aim for! We're also glad to hear that our support team was able to assist you in resolving issues, even with a custom plugin that wasn't part of our responsibility. Your satisfaction is our priority, and it's wonderful to hear that you now have FlyingPress running on five of your websites. If you ever need further assistance or have more websites to optimize, we're here to help. Thank you for choosing FlyingPress and for sharing your positive experience!

Great plugin and service. Highly knowledgable and proactive staff on helpdesk! This is really important for someone like me that is not highly technical and hasnt really got any clue about improving page speeds.

Last week, I was with WPEngine, my homepage mobile score at Pagespeed Insights was 20, desktop 64. After the move to Cloudways + Cloudflare Ent + Breeze they climbed to 35 and 85. Adding FlyingPress and removing Breeze, the speed climbed to 72 mobile and 98 desktop, and there's still more tweaks I can make. And unlike with Breeze, there appears to be no conflict or other oddities.

Thanks for sharing your experience, Joe! It's amazing to see the substantial speed improvements you've achieved with FlyingPress. Your journey from WPEngine to Cloudways, Cloudflare, and then to FlyingPress is impressive. We're delighted to have played a part in boosting your site's performance.
