I had a wonderful experience with this company! I originally ordered a pair of skates that unfortunately turned out to be out of stock. Instead of simply canceling my order, they reached out to me right away and gave me the opportunity to choose another pair that I liked. The replacement skates I chose were actually more expensive than my original order, but as a gesture of great customer service, they honored the original price. I really appreciated how they handled the situation and made sure I was happy with the outcome. Today I received my skates, and I absolutely love them! They look amazing, fit perfectly, and exceeded my expectations. I had an excellent experience purchasing my Flying Eagle skates. From the moment I placed my order, the customer service team was very attentive and responsive. There were some shipping issues outside of their control, but they stayed in contact with me throughout the process and made sure everything was resolved. In the end, the skates arrived safely and in perfect condition. After using them, I can honestly say they exceeded my expectations. The fit is excellent, with outstanding ankle and heel support that makes me feel very secure while skating. The build quality is impressive, and once I started rolling, I immediately noticed how incredibly fast and smooth they are. They maintain speed with very little effort, making every ride feel effortless and enjoyable. Overall, I'm extremely happy with my purchase. This has been an unfortunate experience from the moment we received our order. I had accidently ordered the wrong size in skates for my daughter. I reached out to the email provided to find out how I could return them and exchange them for the right size my daughter needed. At first they reached back out to me letting me know that they would extend the return window because it was very close to the cut off and it would take 1 day or more to get a response from the company. I had received an email shortly after requesting pictures of the skates to show any signs of use, which there wasn't any because my daughter tries them on our carpet. I sent in everything they asked for, no response for weeks. I admit I would follow up a few times in the weeks to see if anything else was needed. Then out of nowhere I finally get an email, asking me if " I ship to Mexico, that there's a person down there who wants the skates". I kid you not, they wrote " it would save us the cost of shipping". That was it. I wrote back asking what was it they were asking. No response. When they do finally respond, they disregarded the email about the shipping to Mexico, and now have told me that they're waiting for an address for me to ship it to. This is what is hard for me to understand, I live in the US, I understand I would have to pay shipping to send it back and have the exchange shipped to me. I am aware that is going to be pricey. But in no way would this affect the company, or anyone working there. I have been desperate to make the exchange. My daughter has depression, PTSD, and she is autistic. Everyday is a challenge for her and she always gives it her all. She decided she wanted to try inline skating, this would be something to do together and make memories. This means so much to both of us, and somehow this has turned out to be a horrible mess. I don't have a lot of money but I wanted to make memories with her and have fun together skating. I have wrote and let them know how important these skates are to us and no one has tried to actually help. We ordered the skates 5/06/2026. Received them a few weeks later, and now this is where we are with the whole situation. Hope this doesn't happen to anyone else.

Everything is exactly like they said it was. Good communication and customer service. They was able to find a way to deal a road block we had. My skates fit and feels perfect. I love them and most definitely recommend other to you guys.

They were out of stock of the skates I ordered. They tried accommodating me by offering other skates in lieu, even the upgraded "pro" version at no extra cost, but unfortunately all I wanted were the out of stock skates. Without any qualms they refunded me my money.
