Watch our for the hidden fees
I bought a home through the trade in program and I was sold on the idea. I was never told about the “rent” that would be owed but it was there in the fine print. I ended up paying $5000 in “rent” even though my house sold ridiculously fast. After buying back my new home they also forgot to transfer the HOA so I’m still dealing with that after owning my home for two months. The program overall is a great concept but you will have way more fees this way. I wouldn’t recommend it unless you have a special circumstance like we did.

Regarding the HOA issue, this was a unique case where the title report didn't list the home in an HOA. Questionable Methods/Processes
This program sounded great and we were in the process of filling out the application, but they ran a hard inquiry on our credit before we even finished the application. Our agent also never got back to us possibly because our application was withdrawn due to time constraints, even though our credit was pulled - that is illegal and they can be sued.

Reali loans help me get pre approved and finalized my loan with in the expected time frame. Mr Brian was very informative and walked me through everything. Incompetent
Unresponsive. I submitted my application for a pre-approval a week ago and have not heard back. I was assigned a contact but contact does not respond to email. Yet, I continue to receive daily emails suggesting that I start my application. Incompetence big time.

Thank you Lena We had the best experience with Lena. She was super easy to work with and super responsive. The home buying process is a long one and she was with us every step of the way. Whether it was a late night text or early morning phone call she was there to answer our questions. We are so happy with our house and with the cash back rebate from Reali. Thank you!
