The first moment I met Abel I knew he was going to be with us every step of the way. Well, I was right! He went above and beyond. Our situation was multi generational and had a variety of different needs. He rose to the occasion and made sure every one of them was meet. He made himself available to my family and we so greatly appreciated it. He reached out to each one of us and found out what we wanted during the process of listing a home and buying a home. There was a time during the process I wasn't sure I was doing the right thing. Abel called me and talked with me in length about the pros and cons, weighing each one that would ultimately be a factor in making a wise decision and gaining leverage. He NEVER downplayed how I felt but encouraged me and gave me hope. The way Abel interacted with my 85 year old dad, who was a bit anxious about the move, was very comforting. He honored my dad and helped him understand that he was there to make sure that he would be taken care of. That was the safety net my dad needed to move forward. There are not enough words to describe the gratitude I have for Abel and for all that he did for us. In the process Abel was more than our agent he would become a wonderful friend. We hope this will be our last move but if we had to do it again there is no hesitation that Abel would be the one we would reach out too. He is gem!!
