Sherie was absolutely amazing. Responsive (especially with getting us scheduled for the 1:1 visits given Covid), punctual, and just overall on point. Never pushy, yet nudged us along at the right times when we needed it. Great advice on a personal letter to tell our story. Reali's Cash Offer program also made the difference to help us win (2 cash offers made it to final, of which our personal letter suggested by Sherie helped differentiate). Five stars for sure!

This is our first time buying a home and Lanette was professional, responsive, patient, and walked us through it every step of the way. We could not have done this without her! The East Bay market was moving extremely quickly and she helped us find a listing before it came on the market. Lanette is also backed by all the resources that Reali brings to the table (e.g. fast scheduling within the app, Reali Loans which had the most competitive rates, 1% rebate, etc.). We highly recommend Lanette and Reali if you're buying a new place!

Ron is a true professional. It was truly a pleasure to work with him as he helped us both buy our new home and sell our condo for top dollar. His understanding of the market dynamics was extremely helpful in putting a competitive offer together for the purchase as well as receiving a strong offer on the sale side. He is patient, talks through approach/strategy and always kept us apprised of status and updates on a regular basis. He goes above and beyond and goes the extra mile to make himself available evenings, weekends etc. He is always straight to the point and provide honest and actionable feedback/advice. I strongly recommend him to anyone that is in the market for buying or selling their home. He is AWESOME!

I enjoyed the friendship I had with Reali and selling my home

John and Mia have been phenomenally helpful throughout the process and we love our new home

Excellent agent and would like to take the opportunity to thank for his dedication, time, valuable information and especially patience and finding our dream home!! Mel Anic amazing person!!!

I used Reali to find my home and financed my mortgage loan. Finding a home could have been a daunting process but Reali made it simple. I got my preapproval online and Reali connected me with a local agent. After I found my dream home, Reali's lending team closed the loan within 3 weeks and Reali's cash rebate helped me furnish my home.

I can’t say enough good things about working with Ron Laserna. Ron’s most tangible strength is his ability to gauge the market and predict what a winning bid is likely to be, with startling accuracy. His research not only helped us to understand what it would take on our end to find a home, but helped determined what we were looking for overall. Personally, Ron is a pleasure to deal with. He continually goes the extra mile, and never made us feel like we were wasting his time. He’s easy to talk with and gives very practical and honest advice. I’d work with Ron again in a heartbeat and plan on recommending him to anyone who will listen.
