I really liked working with Ron- he was able to quickly explain the process from beginning to end and what made sense and when. Such as during the pandemic, if it was a good idea to buy or wait. Ron thoroughly explained the pros and cons of what it meant to buy a house for the future rather than the immediate timeframe. We are still in the process of having this process work for me. I am in the new home that I wanted. I am very grateful that REALI was able to get my new home for me. They are being very patient with me as I am preparing my old house for sale. It is taking a bit of time because I am doing the improvements that will get a higher price.
