We worked with Zim. She's worth her weight in gold, and then some!

We just purchased our new home in Long Beach, CA using Reali. While our experience with the company as a whole was not entirely positive (see below), our realtor, Kathy, truly saved the day and made it all worthwhile. She is kind and caring and was just lovely to spend time with. But more importantly, it is clear that she is very knowledgeable about the area and the home-buying process in general. She was extremely responsive to our needs (especially since we were not located in the area) and was able to work miracles to help us get the house of our dreams AND close in a month! She is truly a gift to work with and deserves so much praise. She works so hard for her clients and made us feel incredibly valued. In terms of our experience with Reali, we encountered some disorganization and lack of communication on the operations end. There is definitely room for improvement there as their mistakes could have cost us getting our house. If it wasn't for Kathy's stellar work saving the day and picking up the slack, our rating would have probably been quite negative. Thank you again Kathy!

Reali the best real estate company I have ever dealt with. Very professional, experienced and helpful agents and brokers. Highly recommend. Kathy is absolutely wonderful to work with. It’s like having a friend on the “inside” that is working for you. She really care about her clients.

Positive Experiences w/ Reali from 2 states away! We were able to sell our house from two states away after moving, and not having to look back. Our Agent, Sherie Corsello in the East SF Bay Area, was very communicative and kept us informed throughout the entire process of our sale; from our move out date, thru cleaning, staging, photos+marketing, posting the MLS, client walkthroughs (during a pandemic), multiple offers, and closing. We're very happy with her help and the Reali concierge service.

This was our first time selling a house, and Sherie and her team at Reali were very helpful in the process. We used their Concierge level service. We moved out of state and then put our house on the market. Once we moved out, we did not have to go back to do anything. They took care of cleaning, staging, inspections, etc. Sherie kept us informed at all stages of the process, and made things easy for us.

Zumrut (Zim) Andican exceeded our expectations! From our very first conversation she was personable and easy to talk to. She is knowledgeable about the housing market and was on point when she gave us advice about when to sell. She helped us navigate through the decluttering, staging, open house and selling process. Whenever we had a question we could text her day or night and she responded promptly. She listened to our needs and wishes and made them all come true! We always felt comfortable and confident through the entire selling process with her by our side. Thank you Zim! You helped our growing family transition from our old home to the new one effortlessly.
