I have only 4 weeks to my travel date can something be done to get my e-ticket. May I know more on my buying a ticket as payment has been done and yet to receive a seat booking.
Company replied telling me to wait for 'dynamic pricing'—confirming that despite taking my money 3 months ago, they have still not actually purchased my Singapore Airlines ticket. Flight is in 4 weeks. Buyers beware." This warns other consumers and stops the broker from tricking people into thinking the issue is resolved.
Kindly advice me.

This is a very sophisticated SCAM i had exactly the same experience as Roberto the other 1 star reviewer. I suspect the positive reviews below are fake. Trustpilot should investigate fully. They used to go by Discount Business Class tickets but had to reinvent themselves. If you are naive enough to try them definitely pay by credit card (don't be lured by the last minute 5% discount for cash), at least you will have some chance of getting your money back.

As a matter of fact, Trustpilot — a publicly traded company in the UK under the ticket symbol TRST with a 1.3 billion USD valuation — currently has over 66,000 negative reviews and complaints on its own Trustpilot account. You should submit a formal letter to the UK Financial Conduct Authority requesting an immediate investigation into Trustpilot trade practices on behalf of their investors.
