Absolutely horrible customer service.
I wrote to both the email and discord support. Both initially replied very fast just to absolutely ghost me for now already 24h. I cannot trade without their help which I made very clear.
I signed up for a free trial that is followed by a subscription.
My bank blocked the payment at first and i had to unblock it in my banking system.
Fluxcharts wont accept my payment now, with a window popping up telling me to contact support.
Only for them to completely ghost me.

The terrible customer service
The terrible customer service is an example of what you can expect from this company. They've been playing with a cancellation and refund request for a month now. They ask you to cancel the service in order to claim a refund, and then they tell you they can't refund your payment for a service that's not active. It's a total mockery and by reading their reply for this review it is same arguments you get on the emails to skip the refund, so it must be solved with the bank directly.

Hi Carlos,
We appreciate you sharing your feedback, but it’s important to clarify what actually happened here.
From the very start, we informed you that to process a refund, you’d first need to cancel your subscription. This is standard so we don’t refund an active service you could still access. You did cancel, but then you also filed a charge dispute with your credit card company. As soon as a dispute is opened, our system is locked from issuing any refunds directly.
We explained this clearly in email on June 21 and asked you to cancel your dispute if you wanted us to review your refund internally. You chose to keep the dispute open, which prevented us from helping further.
This isn’t “playing with” your request—it’s simply how the process works. We’re always here to help, but once a chargeback is in progress, the decision moves to your bank, not us.
