I have been absolutely scammed by this company and like everyone else this guy Ivan. Charged for a Flux Chart premium subscription after purchasing something I don’t even use. They give no warning of the pending renew then say no refunds as per policy. Chris Drysdale should not be associated to a company that is doing business like this. Intentionally fraudulent, never signed up to this or approved the charge. Stay away.

⭐ 1/5 — Very disappointing customer service My Flux Charts Pro plan ended on 20 August 2026 and was automatically renewed because I forgot to turn off auto-renewal. I discovered the charge on 24 August and contacted support immediately to cancel and request a refund, but they refused. What disappointed me most is that I received no reminder or notification before the annual renewal charge. Had I received one, I would have cancelled beforehand. Very disappointing and inflexible customer service. I strongly recommend turning off auto-renewal well before your subscription ends.

The service is very poor. I was a subscriber to this platform and unfortunate for me. I got sick. I have not been trading for some time now almost 6 months and I have sent a message to their support service to suspend my subscription and up to now they still garnish money from my account, which I think is not fair. I have repeated this several times and now it has go to a point maybe I have to issue to the legal action against them because it’s not fair and they know if somebody is not using your service you have to stop deducting money from their account they continue to do it and I want the whole world to know this is a very poor service for PR.
