Ivan from Flux Charts was very responsive to my concern. I wanted to upgrade my subscription from monthly to yearly since there was a great 4th of July promo code but made a mistake on how I executed it. He went out of his way to speak with the manager about my case and everything was resolved. I appreciate all the effort to help me and I really like the quality of the subscription I signed up for. I wanted to test this indicator out for its percentage rating on order blocks and found it not useful at all. I was within my 30 days and even though the refund policy clearly states that all I needed to do was email flux at the given email address. The response I received was from a guy named Luis, who said I also needed to cancel my subscription on the site, which I did. Come 5 months later, I find they never sent a refund. So when I reached out, some D-bag named Ivansaid and I quote"It is not a case of simply sending an email and us handling everything automatically on our end." Did ya need need my figerprints and an eyescan you f@#$?!!

Be aware that their annual plan will auto-renew without notice, and will refuse a refund. Use caution, as they will gladly take your money and not blink. While they violate specific credit card network rules and New Jersey consumer protection statutes, “unethical” would be a kind way to describe these people.
