There are so many bad reviews for Fluid Trucks that I felt I should write a review of my experience. This is not to say that the bad reviews are incorrect. I read them before I rented a truck and crossed my fingers that my experience would be better. My experience was fine. I reserved a Ford Transit, and it was available at the time and date requested, at the stated location. It was very clean. I started the reservation with the inspection protocol, that required that I take several pictures of the interior and exterior. The van opened automatically. I didn't know where the key was, so I had to hunt a little bit (it was in a small nook just to the left of the steering wheel). It drove like a truck - which is to say it was not as smooth handling as my Prius, but it's a truck, so I didn't let that bother me. I drove about 50 miles, which was well under the 100 free mile allowance. I filled up the gas tank then then returned the van, and went through the picture-taking protocol again, and then the van automatically locked. Four days later I received a full refund of the deposit, which was $150.00. That must mean that the owner was satisfied that I didn't damage the van or return it late and that I filled the tank up as expected. Accordingly I have no complaints and would rent a truck from this organization again.

As a rental truck company, I can't imagine one who is easier to use. I needed a truck in the wee hours of the morning and was able to get one super fast and at a great rate! New vehicle too! No lines...no counters....no paper to fill out. Finally a company that knows how I want to do business

Fluid is amazing

From the first time I heard about Fluid, I loved the concept. I decided to test the process and posted my heat press. I also put an ad on craiglist telling people that it was available to rent which has driven lots of people.. I have reoccurring borrowers like a gym mgr that uses the press monthly to knock out custom logo shirts to sell at his gym. I have made enough money to buy a bounce house that is now avail to borrow on Fluid. I've met cool people and they have always respected my stuff. Highly recommend.

App is user friendly & has every item you could ever imagine. Love their customer service team, have booked several times through Fluid app & have had consistently positive experiences.
