Reagan D.
Summary:Worst Service Ever!
FYI, they have an F rating with the Better Business Bureau. Issue Summary: I reported that their scooter died mid-ride on April 18. FluidFreeRide’s automated responses repeatedly apologized for slow support during a management transition. I pressed for faster action and shop service. On April 29, agent engaged directly—asking me to try the charger, send a video, and then escalated the issue to the technical team after receiving the footage. Timeline (all times EDT): Apr 18, 2025 4:45 PM • I opend ticket #333026: “Scooter died mid-ride, display went black and won’t power on.” Apr 23, 2025 5:01 PM • System auto-reply: Apologizes for slow response due to management transition, promises follow-up. Apr 28, 2025 10:59 AM • System auto-reply (again): Repeats apology and reassurance that the ticket hasn’t been forgotten. Apr 28, 2025 2:11 PM • Reagan: “Response times are unsatisfactory… Can I take the scooter to a shop?” Apr 29, 2025 12:49 PM • FluidFreeRide: Apologizes for delay, asks if this is a new issue beyond the brake-lever problem. Apr 29, 2025 12:52 PM • Me: “Yes, new issue.” (sent from iPhone) Apr 29, 2025 1:25 PM • FluidFreeRide: “Have you tried plugging in the charger and turning the power on? Please send a short video for escalation.” Apr 29, 2025 4:54 PM • Me: “Yes, I tried that. Video attached (IMG_5411.mov).” Apr 29, 2025 5:52 PM • FluidFreeRide: “Perfect. Let me escalate this to our tech team.” May 5, 2025 4:27 PM • Current status: Ticket has been escalated to the technical team; awaiting their diagnosis. NO REPLY SINCE!!!
