The programs that FRC offer are based on the very latest science and very peak practical implementation of that science. The content is uplifting, inspiring and nothing short of life-changing.

Without doubt one of the best programs i have participated in, the way the course was structured and the delivery was exceptional. I took many many valuable learnings from this, i highly recommend their work and company as a whole, the experience from start to end was stellar.

This was an amazing experience! I thoroughly not only enjoyed the Zero to Dangerous coaching cohort, but found it extremely useful, immediately applicable, and began to see almost immediate results from it. There is a TON of information and value - the hard part is implementing it all (which you're encouraged to take things slow and implement as you can). It's also not a "throw a bunch more stuff" into your schedule mentality but begins with eliminating distractions so that you can add the things of value that are important to you. What I appreciated most is the balance of things and the work of finding what's important, what's valuable and building your life around those things, not just more filler and fluff to add to your day, week, month, etc.

I've gotten a lot of time back, and my focus and attention has improved dramatically. Thank you ZTD!

Running a tech startup while raising a young family creates all sorts of pressure for on one’s time and energy. Before joining Zero to Dangerous, I was starting to feel like I couldn’t keep up and it was demoralizing. What I liked about the experience was that it wasn’t just a short term trick. I was able to make some important changes at work and home that allowed me to be effective at both. A year later, I’m still able to routinely get into the flow state by following the strategies I learned. I’m now taking the business leadership version (just kicked off last week) with the intention to bring these sane results to my company.

If you got big aspirations. If you wanna know how to action it. If you wanna learn how to leverage your body-mind to its optimal. Then I'd highly recommend this course. Everyone I interacted with where super cooperative, informative and understanding. Great community and information. FRC definitely come across as "do what I do" rather than "do as I say".

Mastering the wisdom, commitment, and consistency of flow requires support that helps you refine and optimize this state of being. This all sound funny, until you are in the state of flow and your output and wellbeing far exceed earlier periods in your life. Many times in my life I have not been in flow, or fallen out of flow for a variety of reasons, however, the most recent occurrence my wife and I refer to as "the 10 plagues," roughly 3 years in length, everything negative imaginable occurred, and it was seemingly impossible to manage any routine, habits, or flow state. Despite the challenges remaining difficult today, I sought many relationships familiar with FRC and Flow to re-engage myself into that space and obtain a more consistent flow state. Everything amplifies when it comes back and its almost poetic in the nature of life. This is the way - All the best on the journey. MGR
