FRC has over-delivered on their Zero to Dangerous program and I’ve been experiencing benefits from week 1. All of the material is useful and engaging. This will be a life-changing resource for years to come. Very impressive!

You'll become a master at all the things you think you know and all the things that you do know but have no knowledge of how to be consistent in their application.

Amazing program, amazing teachers, and rich content that I will be reviewing and revisiting for years to come likely. Increased my productivity and efficiency and peace in life by at least 2x.

I under took the FRC program before taking on an MBA - It was a very good stepping stone into focusing for academic and deep work I especially liked the videos that tool you through you phone settings to reduce the amount of notifications, pick ups and screen time Generally I feel like my focus has improved - yet this is a combination of my desire and the program FRC helped me to understand that I am a Lark (my best attention is in the morning) I have used this information to start getting up earlier and completing my focused tasks earlier in the day I truly loved the quality of the other people on the course & the connection. We had by doing the live video calls together Even though it was hard to commit to all of them - it was worth it Our coach Juli - asked really great questions and facilitated the discussion very well

Flow Research won over my skepticism quickly with reviews. I would like to "pay forward" on this as well. I have only really begun to implement the principles, but am seeing results in managing distraction, recovering and enabling better, clearer thinking. I cannot wait to get all of this stuff - there is a lot to digest - into practice and see the results.

Half way through my eight week program and impressed with the access to the work, and processes of some of the greatest minds and peak performers in the business with shared resources and high level coaching, a rare find. Many of us struggle to find answers to tough questions and models for us to follow and access for guidance and support to reach the next level of performance. FRC is on to a great and much needed training...

Great program! We often know what we should do and don't really act on it. With Zero to Dangerous, you understand why it's important, and have the place and time to put it in practice. The time with your coach really help to master yourself.

This experience has been so eye opening and wonderful. Prior to the course, I felt overwhelmed and didn't know where to start. Now I have tools and guidance on where to start and what to do. So much great information to implement!
