Very dense in content and fast-paced, but hugely impactful and learned loads. And still a big chunk of material waiting to be read or re-read, and looking forward to go back into it, be it for refreshing the memory or diving deeper into a certain topic. The platform is great and the material is top.

I have gone through both FRC's Zero to Dangerous program and High Flow Coaching program and they were both incredibly transformative! They over-deliver on every aspect of their courses, and I have loved every minute of working with them!
