Be prepared and excited to struggle. Zero to Dangerous by FRC is a fantastic boot camp style course. Definitely pricey, and not worth doing if you aren't fully committed to the process. If you are willing to commit, and willing to do the work needed to keep up with the pace of the course, you will see dramatic results very quickly. This course is designed to give a ton of information very quickly, so don't expect to incorporate everything all at once. They do often reiterate that. The process takes time, commitment, and personal accountability, but I definitely recommend Zero to Dangerous for anyone dedicated to finding a way to get more out of life, both professionally and personally.

I’m halfway through the 8 week zero to Dangerous program. The content is extremely relevant. I can see the impact of the changes I’m making real time week after week. The most exciting part is its definitely going to take a lifetime to master so I know I’ll continue learning far after the program is complete (especially with the lifetime access to the resources). The content and workbooks are well laid out and can evolve with your goals and future. Overall, I’m very happy so far with the program and my progress.

Having experienced burnout, I did not want to go down that path again. However I still desire to be productive and provide value to others. There is still much to accomplish. The FRC has been a tremendous resource and provided me with many tools to manage my work and my life; to be more productive with less stress.

The coaching approaches and strategies taught at FRC are based on evidence from robust research findings. You get ample opportunity to practice coaching while learning with other accomplished coaches.

It has been unexpectedly easy to implement a lot of the techniques I've learned so far. My productivity is higher than ever.
