Deeply disappointed. I paid over $100.00 for a floral bouquet to be sent to my niece in Edinburgh and received no confirmation of the order and no delivery! Do not touch this company even with a barge pole!

As with many other unfortunate people who had the misfortune of dealing with this company I have been tricked in the very same way. Ordered flowers 3 weeks ago, very next day email said they couldn't find a supplier in the specified area and would refund within 5 / 10 days. No such refund has been received. I feel very foolish to have been duped in this way and fully intend to pursue a refund by any means.

Very poor. Last minute cancelling. No opportunity to rectify

SCAMMERS!!!! I wish I had read the reviews first - I also placed an order, which has not turned up. I tried ringing them - on hold for 20 mins, so the phone line is also a scam. I paid with my credit card, so at least I can get my money back. Avoid.

Do not use this company, they will take your money and never deliver, they will never refund your money, stay well clear.

I ordered flowers for a work friend. The day before the flowers were due to be delivered, I received an email stating that no florist could be found. They said that they would issue a full refund. I have chased them on 4 occasions, but still no refund. Absolutely shocking service. I think this is an online scam. Avoid at all costs.

They shouldn’t even get a 1star rating. Basically, they’ve taken my money £87.98 but no delivery at all. That was Jan 26th and as I write this it is Feb 4th. They did reply to one email asking me for the order # and delivery address but nothing since.

One star is too many. Like other reviewers I wish I'd seen the reviews first. I also googled Interflora and this company came up stating it delivered across the UK. I ordered flowers for my mother's 88th birthday. No delivery and no response or refund to date. Do not use this company.
