Shocking. Ordered same day delivery and paid £70 up front, got email back later in day stating unable to do same day delivery !!! and refund would be 2-3 days. 4th day tried calling, no answer, emailed, got bog standard reply. Emailed 2 days alter, got nearly same email. Final email i threatened to take further and said i would get refund 1-2 days as they had expedited my refund..nearly 10 days later. Funds appeard on 2nd day. Why advertise same day delivery when you clearly cant and sort out refund policy asap....shocking will never use these cowboys agaain

This was an awful experience. Paid over £60 for flowers to be delivered and they did not deliver and when contacted said they sent email saying they had no one in area, this was a lie I got no such email. Also said they sent refund again they did not until I recontacted them. Sent email which they totally ignored and took three weeks for refund. Not only let me down but the person I was sending them to. Would never use them again unreliable and inconsistent and lie.

Avoid. Failed to driver on the day and emailed me in the afternoon to tell me. No refund, 3 weeks later. Scam

I ordered a bouquet of flowers on 3.08.26 and had an email to say that they couldn’t find a local florist to handle the order. I could expect my refund in 5-10 working days. Now 29.08 and no answers to email or phone.No refund. My advice is do not use this ‘ company’

As others have stated. Scam site which i was diverted to after trying to purchase on interflora. £60 down the drain.

On the 31/7/26 , I looked on Google site for a flower shop so I could send flowers to my Aunt who lives in Derry. The site (The Flower shop Network) was UK based, I ordered a flower bouquet worth eighty two euro for delivery the very same day. The fee was taken from my account , before I received an email from the company stating that they were unable to fill my order due to having no florist , and they would refund the money in the next 5- 10 working days. I emailed them back that day saying that if they couldn't send the flower bouquet that Friday could they send it that Saturday however they never got back to me. So between the 31st of July and the 11th of August I was emailing them, I received one email back saying that they would look into this issue and they apologize for the inconvenience caused. It was now well over the 10 days . I rang and the flower shop number provided from the email, it said that the number was out of service . I am never going to receive the money back. My intentions were to thank my aunt for being there for me when I was going through a family bereavement. This experience really upset me so much. I would like everyone to know that this company is not a legit company and please avoid using it . Please do not use this company and let people know. Yours sincerely DD🤔

They were unable to fulfil the order and promised a refund. Surprise, surprise no refund forthcoming so had to reclaim the cost through my credit card. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. If you do make sure you use a credit card so you can reclaim any moneys owed to you and keep any email correspondence for proof.
