Total scam. Once I realized it I called to cancel my order. They kept transferring me to “customer service” a line that woukd ring nonstop and nobody answer. I already disputed the charge and order a new credit card. DO NOT BUY FLOWERS FROM THEM

I ordered flowers to be delivered. Not only were they not delivered, but I was never notified that they weren't delivered. Only after I checked with the recipient did I realize they weren't delivered. A call to customer service was not helpful. I think it's a call center- they had no idea how to handle the issue. AWFUL- do not support this business.

If I could give a zero I would. Misleading website, scam company. They came up with some sorry excuse that they 'couldn't deliver the flowers' despite my instructions to LEAVE at the front door of recipient. I hope this scam is shut down soon.

Do not buy flower arrangement from Flowers by Nora! I ordered an arrangement for a birthday going to a nursing home. I specifically asked for a Birthday Ballon, they sent a "Get Well Ballon". This mistake caused the recipient much pain due to the fact that she will not recover. Also, there were no flowers in the back of the arrangement. I reached out to Flowers By Nora forwarding the email that contains the receipt that clearly read that I ordered a "Happy birthday Ballon" Their response was to give me credit on a 7 dollar ballon. This grave mistake cause much pain for my friend, which cannot be undone. I will be disputing this charge with my credit card company. I wish I read the reviews before ordering from this incompetent company.

This place is a JOKE!!! They guaranteed my arrangement would be at a wake the following day by noon ... well it's now 4 P.M. and it still has not arrived. They asked for 24 hours to investigate ... sure let me ask the deceased if they can wait and not be interred on time. NEVER again will I use this place to put my integrity into question with family and friends.

DO NOT USE!! This is a scam company so that when you google local florist this Flowers by Nora is reached. I purchased a $200 standing spray for funeral. The size of the arrangement I purchase was 4 feet by 2 feet but the flower arrangement delivered was tiny and pathetic looking and was about 12 inches by 12 inches. I was humiliated and embarrassed by having my name on this arrangement. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Got scammed by them today for $100 to deliver my daughter flowers for her 21st birthday. No flowers and its too late to order from someone else. Huge disappointment! Stay far away from this company. I have a feeling they are also operating as ruths roses as well. Beware!
