This is a horrible place to order flowers from. I didn’t do my research so I can only blame myself. Look up their reviews…… they are TRUE!! Basically what they are doing is false advertising. They post pretty flower arrangements on their website with options to upgrade and what you end up getting is something not even close to it. When you try to reach them, they are kind over the phone, eventually give you a $30 refund, and they email you their company policy….. multiple times. Not only was my order not premium, but their flower substitution is not even comparable. Also they do not know how to arrange flowers…. It’s like a child put the flowers together. I get better flower arrangements from the supermarket! Even though my friend loved the gesture, I was so embarrassed that my friend received this arrangement as a 50th birthday present. Lastly, what this company should advertise is their expertise in RUINING special moments. I wish that I can give them a ZERO!

Horrible. Total rip off. Absolute fraud. Never delivered the flowers I paid over $100 for. Called and got a run around. They never called back like they claimed they would. Having to resort to denying payment through my credit card company. Do not use.

If I could give 0 stars, I would! Flowersbynora advertises as a local company: they are not! After three days and 4 phone calls, flowers were never delivered. Then I looked at Yelp reviews and saw how terrible they were, and how ugly the arrangements are that look nothing like those on the website.

I would give zero stars if possible. I paid $87 for a floral arrangement. What was delivered was half of what I ordered and it was a total embarrassment. Dried status was substituted for a lot of fresh flowers. Skimpy and ugly. Not even close to the arrangement I picked and they refused to resend it correctly. They only provided a $10 credit. I wish I could post photos of what I ordered vs what I got.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! THEY ARE FRAUDULANT!!!! PAID $150 FOR AN ARRANGEMENT ONLINE AND THEY DID NOT DELIVER. THEY ARE NOT LOCAL AS ADVERTISED. WHEN YOU CALL THE NUMBER CUSTOMER SERVICE IS OUT OF COUNTRY. THEY DO NOT HAVE AN ACTUAL BRICK AND MORTER BUILDING. WHEN ASKED TO SPEAK TO A HIGHER UP MANAGER I WAS TOLD THEY DO NOT TAKE CALLS! IM BEYOND UPSET!

I wish I could rate Flowers by Nora a zero. This "business" is a scam. I searched for a florist in my husband's hometown (Wareham, Massachusetts) and Flowers by Nora came up. Shame on me for not checking into it further before ordering. The woman I spoke to on the phone to place an order for flowers for my mother-in-law's funeral sounded like she has been smoking copious amounts of marijuana. After I told her the name of the funeral home at least three times, she read me the final confirmation and she had an address for a funeral home in another state. I asked her if she was having a hard time hearing me (their phone seemed to be cutting out) and she said that she was a little slow because she "just started her day." This was at 11:30 am. The flowers never showed up. When I called I was told by someone with an Indian accent that they were having supply chain issues and that they didn't have time to call all the customers with pending orders but they had sent an email. There was no email, however I did get a confirmation email letting me know that I was being charged $160 for flowers never delivered. I called again to speak to a manager about my refund and, surprise, there was no "manager" working at that time. I was told that I would get a refund in 3-4 business days. I'm not holding my breath but will be reporting to the BBB and other watchdog agencies.

They said they were close to funeral home in Madison, OH. The invoice I received was from Red Bank NJ. There was no delivery fee (per their website) however there was a shipping fee. The planter I ordered was shown on website as $80.00. However when checking out it cost $104.58 I understand there is sales tax.

Would rate them zero if possible. We ordered flowers for a double family funeral. My husband asked if the person he was talking to was in the city and on-site. They LIED and said yes. They made multiple mistakes on the order. After talking to the 3rd person and assured there would be no problems, it was a nightmare. We should have realized that everytime we called we talked to different people. Day of the funeral they left messages and texted about wanting to confirm the deceased names. Then a text less than an hour before the funeral stating that the order was cancelled due to us not providing info. They are one of the most INCOMPETENT company's we have ever dealt with. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE IDIOTS.
